Swing offers an extensive benefit package that includes competitive pay, comprehensive health, dental, and life insurance, prescription card, paid vacations, paid holidays, Christmas bonus, and referral bonus. We also have a profit sharing and 401k plan.

Swing hauls only "no touch" freight and no Haz Mat. We do not pick-up or deliver in the northeast. Most terminals are dedicated operations offering drivers the opportunity to be home daily. Drivers are assigned late model, professionally maintained tractors. "Driver Friendly" is a key phrase at Swing. Before starting new endeavors we ask ourselves "Is it driver friendly?" If not, we move on.

All qualified applicants will among other things have a minimum of two years verifiable experience driving tractor-trailers and a safe driving record. No conviction or forfeiture of bond for the following offenses:

DWI or DUI within the past 5 years or at any time while driving a commercial vehicle.
Driving while under the influence of drugs
Leaving the scene of an accident
Use of motor vehicle to commit a felony.
Drivers must meet all DOT requirements.
No history of license suspension because of a moving violation within the past five years.
